We believe math should be engaging, challenging, and meaningful. Most importantly, the math your child is learning should be related to the real world. We are teaching our students to be flexible problem solvers, who work together, ask questions, and justify their thinking
We also believe that children learn best when they are having fun! We would like to encourage all parents to play some math games with your children at home. Games can help to build fact fluency and practice ongoing skills that will help them in the classroom and out in the real world on a day-to-day basis. In addition, games can help to build a child's confidence, while also sending the message to our students that math is important... and fun!
